At Grain and Leather, every piece is custom-made by skilled artisans and shipped directly from our overseas workshop.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery: U.S. customers typically receive their order within 2 weeks of purchase. We recommend allowing a two-week cushion when ordering to ensure timely arrival.
  • Why the Wait? Each jacket is handcrafted with premium materials, and this short lead time allows us to deliver luxury products at fair prices without compromise.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
  • For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries.
  • Delivery times and fees vary by destination.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, Israel, or Russia.
    Additional restrictions may apply for perishable or hazardous items.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted piece. If it’s not quite right:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging.
  • U.S. Customers: Start your return or exchange quickly by sending us an email at info@grainandleather.com
  • International Customers: Please email us at info@grainandleather.com to initiate your return.
  • Damaged or Defective Orders: If your item arrives damaged, we’ll cover return shipping and make it right immediately.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  • Email info@grainandleather.com with your order number and a brief description.
  • We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
